개인정보 처리방침

Tipo("본 앱")는 사용자의 프라이버시를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

팁 기록: 금액, 날짜, 메모, 워크스페이스 등 사용자가 입력한 데이터는 기본적으로 기기 내부(로컬 저장소)에 저장됩니다.
계정 정보(선택): 클라우드 백업을 위해 로그인한 경우, 이메일 주소 또는 Apple/Google 계정 식별자가 수집됩니다.
백업 데이터(선택): 로그인한 경우에만 팁 기록·워크스페이스·앱 설정이 클라우드(Google Firebase)에 백업됩니다. 앱 잠금 PIN은 백업에 포함되지 않습니다.
문의 내용: 앱 내 문의하기로 보낸 메시지와 (선택 입력한) 답장용 이메일이 저장됩니다.

2. 데이터 저장 위치

로그인하지 않으면 모든 기록은 사용자의 기기에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 로그인 시 백업 데이터는 Google Firebase(Firestore) 서버에 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)로 전송·저장되며, 본인 계정으로만 접근할 수 있습니다.

3. 이용 목적

백업 데이터는 오직 백업·복원·기기 간 동기화 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 광고나 분석 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 제공

본 앱은 사용자의 데이터를 판매하거나 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다. 클라우드 백업·인증 처리를 위해 Google Firebase가 수탁 처리자로 사용됩니다.

5. 데이터 삭제

기기 데이터: 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 워크스페이스를 삭제하면 해당 기록도 삭제됩니다.
계정·백업: 앱 내 '설정 → 백업 및 동기화 → 계정 삭제'에서 클라우드 백업과 계정을 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동 개인정보

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy

Tipo ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles.

1. Information We Handle

Tip records: amounts, dates, notes, and workspaces you enter are stored on your device (local storage) by default.
Account info (optional): if you sign in for cloud backup, your email address or Apple/Google account identifier is collected.
Backup data (optional): only when signed in, your tip records, workspaces, and app settings are backed up to the cloud (Google Firebase). Your app-lock PIN is never included in backups.
Support messages: messages sent via the in-app contact form, plus an optional reply email, are stored.

2. Where Data Is Stored

Without signing in, all records stay on your device and are not transmitted to any server. When signed in, backup data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Google Firebase (Firestore), accessible only by your account.

3. How We Use It

Backup data is used solely for backup, restore, and cross-device sync. It is not used for advertising or analytics.

4. Third Parties

We do not sell or share your data. Google Firebase is used as a processor for cloud backup and authentication.

5. Data Deletion

Device data: deleting the App removes all data stored on your device. Deleting a workspace deletes its records.
Account & backup: permanently delete your cloud backup and account in-app via Settings → Backup & Sync → Delete account.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13.
