1. 서비스 개요

Tipo는 팁 기록과 정산 관리를 돕는 개인용 도구입니다. 계정 없이 기기에서 동작하며, 클라우드 백업을 원할 경우에만 선택적으로 로그인할 수 있습니다.

2. 사용자의 책임

입력한 데이터의 정확성은 사용자에게 있습니다.
본 앱은 회계·세무·법률 자문을 제공하지 않습니다. 세금 신고 등은 전문가와 상담하세요.
계정 자격 증명(로그인 정보)의 관리 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

3. 데이터 보관

데이터는 기본적으로 기기에 저장되며, 로그인 시 클라우드에 백업됩니다. 기기 분실·초기화·앱 삭제, 또는 클라우드 서비스 장애로 데이터가 손실될 수 있으며, 이에 대한 책임은 지지 않습니다. 중요한 기록은 별도로 백업하세요.

4. 계정

클라우드 백업용 계정은 언제든 앱 내에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 시 클라우드 백업 데이터도 영구 삭제됩니다.

5. 면책

본 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다. 앱 사용으로 발생한 손해에 대해 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

6. 약관 변경

약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내에서 고지합니다.

1. Overview

Tipo is a personal tool that helps you record and settle tips. It runs on your device without an account; signing in is optional and only for cloud backup.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
The App does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Consult a professional for tax filings.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on your device by default and backed up to the cloud when signed in. Data may be lost due to device loss, resets, app deletion, or cloud service failures; we are not responsible for such loss. Back up important records separately.

4. Accounts

You may delete your backup account at any time in-app. Deleting your account permanently removes your cloud backup data.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

6. Changes

These terms may change; changes will be noted in the App.
